How to JOIN the DHRS or RENEW your subscription

Membership of the DHRS is for a calendar year - 1st January to 31st December and members receive four issues of the Darjeeling Mail magazine for that Year. (February, May, August & November issues).

Members joining from 1st October to 31st December are deemed to be paid up until December the following year and members will receive five copies of the Darjeeling Mail magazine. (November issue through to November issue the following year).

To JOIN or RENEW your subscription ‘On-line’ using your credit card,
Payment is by the secure shopping cart, paying by
MasterCard & Visa Credit & Debit cards, Maestro & Solo cards and PayPal
using the WorldPay system.

Please Note: that when using the shopping carts and you go though to the checkout, you will go to a page “Globe Charge Secure Ordering” where you will fill in your personal address details for billing and dispatch.
Ignore that it only allows pay by "Visa", WorldPay will allow all cards advertised
Clicking on “Review Secure Order” will allow you to recheck your order and
Clicking on “Send Order Securely” will take you to the WorldPay payment page.
Click on the logo of your credit card or PayPal, then fill in the details from your Credit Card for payment.
You will receive an ‘invoice’ style E-mail with you shopping details and marked ‘Order Confirmation’ BUT you still need to continue to the payment pages by WorldPay and input your credit card details there and finally you will receive another E-mail with a Purchase transaction ID: xxxxxxx number.
Also note that WorldPay & PayPal charge us about 4% to use the facility, but it is worth while for the “paper trail” that it gives us and the ease of world wide credit card shopping for our members and non-members.

To JOIN the DHRS by post:-
Down-load the Membership Application Form in PDF format, and send with a Cheque in UK Sterling,
made payable to:-  Darjeeling Himalayan Railway Society  or  DHRS

Send the form and payment to:-

To RENEW your membership by post:-
Reply using the payment slip on the Renewal Reminder letter that you received with your November issue of the Darjeeling Mail, enclosing a Cheque in UK Sterling, made payable to:-
Darjeeling Himalayan Railway Society or DHRS
to the above address.
